Smiling is so powerful that even chocolate, our most delicate guilty pleasure, cannot match it. The most important thing: it is completely free and almost all people can do it! 1. Smile is contagious
Not all contagious things are dangerous. Smile is the definite example. It can calm the stormy sea of emotions. Unless they are so grumpy from the first time they meet you, people will always remember others when they smile. Actually, a research said 24% of people agreed that a smile is the facial feature they remember the most when they meet others. From now on, just smile and let people remember you!

4. Smile for healthiness
Smile can change how our body reacts to damage from both sides of the body. Smiling reduces stress to your body and mind. It increases your pain threshold so you will have reduced effects on pain and aggression. People even say smiling can add 7 years to your life since it will create a stronger immune system and reduce cancer risk. Set aside, wrinkles!
